Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)

Injury Management (IM) & Return to Work (RTW)
At GSK we’ve identified that many businesses either can’t afford, or simply don’t need a full-time resource to fulfill their IM/RTW function, but all need someone available to respond as soon as an injury occurs.
Our team of experienced IM and RTW specialists offer a best practice response which in turn optimises the injured workers’ rehabilitation, return to work and recovery. This not only reduces the severity, duration and cost of any associated workers’ compensation claim, but it also ensures our clients are compliant with their obligations under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981.
Workers’ Compensation
Our WC Specialists have the clinical and technical expertise to guide and support our clients through the WC claims process from beginning to end. We aim to remove the uncertainty and stress of managing claims, no matter the nature or level of complexity and we advocate for our clients and their interests. This in turn provides them with the reassurance and confidence that their injured workers are being cared for whilst their business’ WC risks are being addressed.
Lodging claims, monitoring a worker’s progress, reviewing claims costs to ensure they are appropriate and then ensuring claims are closed in a timely fashion is what we do best, all the while providing support and guidance to ensure legislative compliance.
Our team works closely with our client’s insurance broker to drive positive claim outcomes, improve claim estimates and reduce insurance premiums for our clients.
